A vinaigrette that’s a great addition to any salad.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cervasi® Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Cervasi Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 cup Cervasi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  2. With the machine running, gradually blend in the oil.
  3. Season the vinaigrette, to taste, with more salt and pepper, if desired.

Servings : 32 tbsp.
