While things are constantly changing, one this is certain: you can’t beat grilling on Father’s Day. Our head chef Kevin Johnson and the talented Lauren Lane worked together to create delicious recipes dads everywhere can enjoy.
Our first dish, Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho, is a mouthwatering cold soup to leave everyone feeling refreshed on a hot summer’s day.
Next up is a Grilled Corn and Blistered Cherry Tomato Pasta Salad featuring our hearty rigatoni, Parmesan cheese, and red wine vinegar.
Our main dish is a delicious Espresso Chili Rubbed Grilled Chicken with Cold Brew BBQ Sauce. What Kansas City dad doesn’t love barbeque and coffee?
You can’t finish a Father’s Day meal without a dessert! Our final dish is Lauren Lane’s signature Grilled Olive Oil Cake, topped with fresh berry compote.
